Inishowen businesses invited to take part in digital adoption survey

Responses will help Inishowen Innovation identify the most important training, services, and resources needed to support digital growth in local companies
Inishowen Innovation (the ii) has launched a survey to understand how local businesses are adapting to digital change – and where additional skills and technology support is needed.
Digital adoption took a “quantum leap” worldwide during the Covid-19 pandemic, as companies moved rapidly into online services, digital payments, remote work and automation – and Inishowen businesses were no exception. Since then, businesses have also faced the combined impacts of Brexit, supply chain disruptions, and rising costs – all of which continue to shape how companies operate and compete.
The survey takes just 10 to 12 minutes and will help improve supports for Inishowen businesses
The survey is open to businesses of all sizes and sectors across Inishowen. Responses will help the ii identify the most important training, services, and resources needed to support digital growth in local companies.
Maureen Cuddihy, director at Welditz, an Inishowen-based engineering company, said: “Covid-19 created the need for Inishowen businesses to adapt, pivot, or grow quickly. This survey is a timely opportunity to reflect on our progress, as well as our challenges and opportunities. Inishowen Innovation will use your feedback to find the 'sweet spot' for helping local businesses thrive.”

The survey can be found at the QR code
The study is being conducted in collaboration with a PhD researcher from ATU Donegal, and with input from Maureen Cuddihy of Welditz.
Findings will be shared with stakeholders and published in an accessible format for the wider business community.
Businesses can complete the survey online at https://theii.com/inishowensdigitalsurvey The deadline for responses is Friday, October 17.
