There are plans for a new childcare facility in Buncrana.
Michelle McKenna has lodged an application for planning permission for a change of use for a premises on St Mary’s Road, Ardaravan, Buncrana.
The applicant is seeking the green light for a change of use from a previous fast foot and retail unit to a child preschool, part-time and full-time care facility with child pre-school and after-school care.
The application, which has been submitted to Donegal County Council, provides for connection to existing services and all associated site works.
The local authority expect to have a decision made by June 8, 2025.
