Shortly after 5am, 1,024 households lost power in the wider Ballyshannon area and the restoration times range between 6:15pm and 7pm.
"We apologise for the loss of supply," ESB said. "We are currently working to repair a fault affecting your premises and will restore power as quickly as possible."
