'Patching repair work' funding of €591,000 granted for Lifford Stranorlar MD roads

Funding for N15 roads in the Finn Valley area has been described as "urgently needed."
Lifford Stranorlar MD roads office have been advised that funding from TII for Emergency Pavement Schemes has been announced for the N15 to the value of €591,000, following Donegal County Council’s submittal of the appropriate Pavement Asset Repair and Renewal reports.
"Welcome funding for Finnvalley N15 roads including Ballybofey Stranorlar and Castlefinn N15 repairs," Councillor Patrick McGowan said. "While this is for patching repair work it is nevertheless urgently needed until these roads received proper attention. This is welcome news given the difficulty in maintaining the N15."
