Submitted plans for terraced and semi-detached housing

Planning permission is being sought from Donegal County Council for the development of six houses in Derrybeg.

The applicant, CR Renaissance Properties Ltd, has submitted the application for the development, which would consist of the provision of six houses (two semi-detached dwellings, three terraced dwellings and one detached group home) and all associated site development works.

The development would be accessed through the Radgarc an Oileáin housing estate via the R257, in Machaire Chlochair, Derrybeg, and served by an approved access road.

Donegal County Council has yet to announce a decision due date for the submitted planning application.
