Donegal County Council has received a planning permission application for the construction of an artisan farm shop between Ramelton and Letterkenny.
The listed applicant, Tori Steele, has applied for the development near a farm at Aghangaddy Glebe, Ramelton, off the R245.
Proposals include the construction of a single-storey farm shop building to include coffee and artisan produce sales, incorporating indoor and outdoor seating, ancillary toilets, kitchen and storage/plant areas, and all associated car parking and site works.
Donegal County Council has announced a decision due date for the submitted planning application for January 6, 2027.
