Planning sought for Letterkenny apartments at former café premises
Application submitted at Upper Main Street location
Planning permission has been sought for the conversion of a former Letterkenny café into residential use for five apartments.
The listed applicant, Aurora Nexus Developments Ltd, submitted the application for change of use of the closed café, Florence Food Co. on Upper Main Street.
Proposals submitted are for five apartment units and ancillary storage situated over the lower ground, upper ground, and first floor levels.
Construction is also planned for a new rear extension stair core, and external access stairs to serve the upper ground and first floor levels, all to the rear of the property, as well as associated elevational changes, site development works, landscaping, car parking and connections to existing public services.
Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the submitted planning application for June 24.
