Proposals submitted for eight apartments in Carnamogagh
Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the construction of two apartment blocks near Letterkenny.
Proposals were submitted for eight apartments in Carnamogagh, to the north of Letterkenny.
NTM Fusion Ltd, the listed applicant, has applied for the construction of two two-storey apartment blocks, each containing four apartments each, with all ancillary site works to include connection to existing public foul and storm drainage, associated car parking, amenity open space, bicycle parking and bin compound.
A design statement stated that “the proposed development represents a high-quality residential scheme,” and “appropriate for the location and represents efficient use of serviced land.”
Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the submitted application for July 20.
