Plans lodged for 14 new houses in Buncrana

Plans have been submitted for the construction of 14 new houses in Buncrana.

A planning application was lodged recently by Ronald McGrory for the proposed development.

Mr McGrory is proposing to build 14 semi-detached two-storey dwellings at Ballymacarry, Buncrana.

The application, which has been submitted to Donegal County Council, provides for connection to existing public services and all associated site works.

The local authority says a decision on the application is due by May 21, 2024.
