The crash took place this afternoon at N56 at Ray Upper at approximately 4pm

Two were hospitalsed following a crash this afternoon.

Gardaí and emergency services attended the single of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the N56 at Ray Upper, Falcarragh. The collision, which involved a car, occurred shortly before 4:00pm.

Two people, a man and a woman, were brought to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

“Part of the N56 in Falcarragh is currently closed at Ballyboes due to an accident,” local councillor Michael McCalfferty posted. “Diversions are in place either side of Ballyboes.”
