A familiar face on screen and a driving force behind Donegal’s aquatic training scene, Esther Jean O’Kane, now Cullen, leads Donegal Leisure Training with passion and precision
Lifford native, Esther Jean O’Kane, now Cullen, has never shied away from the spotlight.
A familiar face on screen and a driving force behind Donegal’s aquatic training scene, she leads Donegal Leisure Training with passion and precision.
From shaping lifeguards, swimming teachers and aqua aerobics instructors to guiding and inspiring young people from Donegal and beyond, Esther has built a reputation as a teacher, trainer, mentor, a leader and a woman of remarkable dedication to her work.
But her latest role carries a legacy that reaches back through the centuries. Esther has stepped onto the set once more - this time to honour none other than her great-great-great-great-great grandfather: Arthur Guinness.
A direct descendant of the legendary brewer through her mother’s line, she was thrilled to take part in Guinness’s 'Lovely Day for a Guinness' advertising campaign. This project connects her family’s past with her own rising presence on screen.
A modern woman with a powerful heritage, Esther Jean Cullen is proving that history, talent and passion make a truly unforgettable combination.
