A young boy has been tragically killed in an accident in west Donegal.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to a fatal incident at a premises in Dungloe, yesterday evening, Friday, August 22. A male child was pronounced deceased at the scene. His body was removed to Letterkenny University Hospital and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.
“The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) have been notified and will attend the scene," An Garda Siochana confirmed. “A file will be prepared for the Coroner’s Court.”
