Buncrana gardaí stopped a vehicle in the Fahan area this morning and the driver tested positive for cocaine, cannabis and amphetamine and an arrest was made.
After lunchtime today, a vehicle was observed driving in a dangerous manner in the Bridgend area and it was located by Buncrana Roads Policing Unit a short time later, parked up.
It was seized under Section 109(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1961. Under this legislation, in order to get your vehicle back, you must apply to the Judge of the District Court.
