Some drizzle and rain possible to start with before a sunny Donegal Friday

Mostly dry this morning in Donegal with a mix of cloud and sunny spells though with some rain and drizzle in places along with some mist and hill fog, Met Éireann says.

The rain will gradually clear northwestwards with better spells of sunshine developing. Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees in a light to moderate easterly wind, fresher at times near coasts.

Dry and clear tonight. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees in moderate to fresh easterly winds.

Dry and largely sunny tomorrow though a little breezy with moderate to fresh easterly winds, easing later. Highest temperatures of 11 to 16 degrees, warmest in the west of the province.
