Some sunny spells for Donegal today with scattered rain and drizzle

A mix of cloud and some sunny spells today with the small chance of a few showers this morning.

More in the way of sunshine will develop towards evening. Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees fresh southwest winds.

On Monday night, scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle will push in from the Atlantic and spread southeastwards over the the county. A mild night with lowest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees in moderate southwest winds.

On Tuesday, patchy rain and drizzle will clear southeastwards quickly during the morning as dry and bright weather extends from the northwest. The rest of the day will be dry and bright with spells of warm sunshine. Highest temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees in moderate southwest to west winds.
