The club is seeking permission for vast works on its existing facilities
A planning permission application has been sought from Leitrim County Council for enhancements at the local GAA field.
Leitrim Gaels Community Development Ltd has submitted the application for works to be carried out at their field in Leitrim Village.
The application includes the construction of a new training pitch, two small 20mx10m padel courts and a new gym facility.
The application also includes the erection of a digital scoreboard, the construction of a walkway and a single-storey building attached to the existing clubhouse to house a community gym and changing rooms.
It also proposes that the first floor of the existing clubhouse be changed to general storage for community use.
