Leitrim company to exhibit at Creative Showcase 2023

Leitrim company 12 Quail Farm will exhibit at Showcase - Ireland’s International Creative Expo® in the RDS, Dublin from Sunday, January 22 to Tuesday, January, 24 with over 365 exhibitors and more than 3,000 visitors from Ireland and overseas expected to attend.

12 Quail Farm will join Aran Woollen Mills from Mayo, Una Burke Leather from Roscommon, and Miss Leela Sassafras from Sligo from Connacht.  

Showcase was founded in 1976 by Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) and is delivered with support from the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Enterprise Ireland and the Local Enterprise Offices. It generates over €20 million of sales orders during the show. At Showcase 2022, over 300 Irish designers, manufacturers, and craftspeople from all over Ireland unveiled their latest collections. Thousands of buyers from 24 countries across four continents attended in person, and many more visited through the digital platform Showcase Connect.placeholder image

12 Quail Farm was set up by Tiina Laas at Foxfield, Carrick-on-Shannon. She purchased 12 Quail as pets and started operations and supplies supermarkets and restaurants around the country.

Tiina then started making soap on the kitchen table as a hobby, using donkey's milk. The company now supply seven countries in North America and Europe with handcrafted soaps.
