Leitrim Ploughing Day postponed after local tragedy

Leitrim Ploughing event rescheduled to April 27 out of respect for those affected by a recent tragedy in the local community.
The Leitrim Ploughing Association has announced the postponement of its upcoming Ploughing Day, originally scheduled for this Saturday.
The decision was made out of respect following a tragic event locally this week.
The event will now take place on Saturday, April 27th, 2025, at the same venue.
The association extends its condolences to those affected and appreciates the public’s understanding.
