Leitrim volunteers sought to teach English

Leitrim Development Company are seeking volunteers in the Carrick-on-Shannon area to help new Ukrainian migrants learn and improve their English through the Fáilte Isteach programme.
Fáilte Isteach is a nationwide programme welcoming migrants into the community through informal conversational English classes. Classes take place every Tuesday in the ETB Building in the Market Yard at 6pm.
No teaching experience is required, training will be provided, and volunteers will be asked to contribute one to two hours per week.
