Mix of sunny spells and widespread showers are expected in today’s weather forecast

Thursday, October 26, will be a mix of sunny spells and widespread showers; some will be heavy, with isolated thunderstorms possible. 

Showers will merge to a longer spell of rain later in the afternoon, becoming more isolated during the evening. Highest temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees in light to moderate south to southwest winds. 

TONIGHT: Scattered showers, some heavy, mainly early on. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees in light to moderate southeasterly winds.
