Over €16,000 allocated to Leitrim community garden projects

€16,628.56 has been allocated to two Leitrim community garden projects as part of the latest round of CLÁR funding.

Announcing the funding, Minister Heather Humphreys said: “The projects receiving funding today will help to channel the real sense of pride that people in rural Ireland have in their localities and their environment.  The funding will go a long way in terms of assisting our Community Groups, Tidy Towns and Development Associations in making their localities more vibrant places to live and raise a family."
