Planning permission granted for 34 unit estate in a Leitrim village

On Monday, Leitrim county council granted permission for the construction of 34 housing units at Stonebridge Estate, Dromahair.
Permission has been granted for a construction that could house around 60 people, it consists of eight, two bed houses, ten three bed houses, 16 one bed apartments in Dromahair, Leitrim.
The application, that was lodged originally in late 2023, has now gained a conditional permission status and will be confirmed if there are no objections filed in the objection period.
