Search for Leitrim relatives of those directly impacted by the Civil War to represent county at Dublin ceremony

A formal ceremony for a healing moment of reconciliation and remembering everyone who lost their lives in the Civil War, is being organised by the Department of the Taoiseach. This is due to take place in the Garden of Remembrance in Dublin on Sunday, May 28The Department of the Taoiseach is looking to ensure close relatives of those directly impacted by the Civil War have an opportunity to attend.Leitrim County Council’s Decade of Centenaries Committee has been requested to propose a small number of relatives to attend this event.If you would like to be considered for an invitation to attend this outdoor event please email [email protected] before Monday, April 17, 2023.
