Carlow motorists warned to drive carefully ahead of essential maintenance works on roads
Carlow motorists are being warned to drive carefully over the coming week due to work on roads across the county
Carlow County Council wishes to advise motorists that surface dressing road works are taking place at various locations across the county over the coming week.
“These essential maintenance works help to preserve and extend the life of our road network, improving safety and reducing the need for more extensive repairs in the future,” Carlow County Council said.
They are urging people to please:
- Slow down and observe temporary speed limits
- Follow all traffic management and signage in place
- Be mindful of road crews working on site
- Allow extra time for your journey where necessary
Carlow County Council thanks all road users for their patience and cooperation while these important works are carried out
