Elusive oil spill problem in River Slaney 'going on far too long' says Carlow Council members

It has been many weeks since an oil spill into the River Slaney was first reported.

Since then, despite the investigations into the source of this oil spill it has yet to be identified.

The council appeal to the public to help them in identifying this source of contamination.

If you know anything, you contact the council HERE and the supply of any such information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
