Renovation works to commence on existing derelict residential building in Carlow Town
Carlow County Council put the project out for tender in 2023
Works are expected to commence imminently on site on the renovation of an existing derelict residential building into two self contained apartments located at Haymarket, Carlow Town.
The development will expected to take six months and will include all associated site works.
The residential refurbishment is valued at €200k.
The main contractor, Cahill Crafts Limited Kilkenny, will be on site.
