RIP: Tributes to a Carlow woman who was a 'kind and gentle lady' following her passing

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Bridget (Bridie) Butler (née Dobbs) of ernanstown, Bennekerry, Carlow.
Bridget passed away peacefully in St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny on May 20th 2025.
Beloved wife of the late James (Jim) Butler and much loved mother of Ann, Sadie, John, Patricia, Jim, Elizabeth and Tom, and cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Bridie will be sadly missed by her sister Molly, sister-in-law Maureen, nieces, nephews, her large extended family, neighbours and friends.
Tributes have been paid in the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows:

Funeral Arrangements
Reposing at her home on Wednesday from 2.00p.m. concluding with Rosary at 8.00p.m. Removal on Thursday at 10.30a.m. to St. Mary's Church, Bennekerry, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00a.m. followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
