Kilkenny County Council apologies for any inconvenience caused
Kilkenny County Council will have a temporary stop and go traffic management system at the junction of Horse Barrack Lane and Irishtown today (Monday) April 14 until Friday, April 18 from 6pm to 12 midnight.
Pedestrian access will be maintained where possible and the footpath will be reopened during normal business hours.
