Kilkenny has a new burrito restaurant as 'Chingon Badass Burritos' opened its doors for the very first time locally earlier this afternoon (Monday).
Mexican cuisine has grown in popularity across the locality in recent years and restaurant/takeaway's arrival has been widely welcomed locally.
Today is also a special day for Mexican people in Kilkenny and across the globe as the nation celebrates its Independence Day (September 16).
