BREAKING: Plans for large new housing development in Kilkenny

Noreside Construction Ltd have announced their intention to apply for planning permission for a substantial housing development on the outskirts of Kilkenny City.

The applicant will seek the construction of ten four-bed semi-detached houses, four three-bed corner houses, two three-bed end terrace houses, 24 four-bed terraced houses, seven two-bed apartments and seven three-bed duplex units.

Also sought will be permission for all associated site works, site entrance, boundary walls/railings and access roads at Drakelands Lower, Kilkenny.

Full details of the application have yet to be lodged with the local authority.
