'Café/restaurant' plans for property in County Kilkenny

Plans have been lodged seeking to convert part of the existing ground floor of a property from 'retail' use to 'café/restaurant' use.

The property currently consists of a retail unit at ground floor level and residential units at the upper floor levels and is located at Lower Main Street, Graignamanagh, County Kilkenny.

Also sought is permission to carry out repairs, renovations and remedial works to the entire vacant property which is classified as a protected structure.

The application is awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.
