Decision on plans for community operated park and art centre in Kilkenny
Kilkenny County Council have come to a decision!
Dunnamaggin Development Group CLG have been granted permission by Kilkenny County Council to proceed with plans to change the use of an agricultural site and sheds, known as Madge's Garden, to a community operated park and community operated art centre.
This work is to include renovations and alterations internally with all associated site works, electrical services, water mains supply, foul and surface water drainage.
Permission was granted to the plans, subject to nine conditions, on June 27, 2024.
