Driver arrested by gardaí in Kilkenny after car ends up in ditch
Gardaí in Callan have arrested a driver on suspicion of intoxication.
"The driver of this Ford (pictured) was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving by Callan gardaí," a garda spokesperson said.
"As if this wasn't enough, further post-arrest behaviour of the road user is being investigated.
"It appears the vehicle struck the ditch on the other side of the road before ploughing into the verge. Court to follow."
