Driver couldn't scramble quick enough as gardaí seize motor vehicle in Kilkenny
Earlier today, members of the Roads Policing Unit in Kilkenny seized this uninsured, untaxed illegal scrambler from the Hebron Road area of Kilkenny City.
"The vehicle cut out as the rider was attempting to make good his escape, not today," gardaí stated.
"The vehicle was seized, with summonses to follow."
