Gardaí in Kilkenny make discovery after stopping vehicle with no lights on
This vehicle was 'swiftly removed from the streets of Kilkenny'
Local gardaí have taken to social media to share details of a recent encounter with a motorist during a busy night on patrol in Kilkenny City.
"Members of Unit C were drawn to a vehicle driving without any lights on," gardaí stated.
"With the use of the garda mobility device, it was discovered that the driver had no insurance. The windscreen wasn't much better.
"Fortunately for our eagle-eyed garda, this vehicle was swiftly removed from the streets of Kilkenny along with two other vehicles seized later into the night also for no insurance."
