Green light for new pub in County Kilkenny

Kilkenny County Council have granted planning permission for a new public house in North Kilkenny.
Railyard Gaelic Football Club submitted the application back in June, seeking 'change of use' permission for part their existing clubhouse.
The local authority requested further information from the applicant in August and further information was received in September.
A final decision to approve permission, subject to 12 conditions, was made on December 2.
