Hugely positive outcome after recent garda checkpoint in Kilkenny
Last Sunday, members of the garda force in Thomastown conducted one of a number of mandatory intoxicants checkpoints throughout the district.
Thankfully, no drivers were found to be driving under the influence of intoxicants on the night.
Commenting, a garda spokesperson said: "With all tested drivers complying it was good to see people enjoying their night out and arriving home safely."
