Adrian Mullen, Shane Murphy and David Blanchfield all miss out with injury

Injuries have ruled both Shane Murphy and Adrian Mullen out of the Kilkenny starting lineup that will take on Antrim in Round 2 of the Leinster SHC in Corrigan Park on Sunday.

Kilkenny manager, Derek Lyng doesn't expect Adrian Mullen and Shane Murphy to feature over the next few weeks after both players picked up injuries in the county's Leinster Championship win over Galway on Saturday.

Kilkenny sharp-shooter TJ Reid is also not expected to feature over the next few games due to injury.

"The next few weeks are out for them," Lyng told the media after the match, but did note further assessments were needed before the full extent of their injuries would be known. - READ MORE HERE

Tommy Walsh and Stephen Donnelly replaced the duo after they went off in the first half during the opening rond win over Galway and they have been named in the starting 15 for the trip to Belfast.

They are the only two Kilkenny changes although there is a bit of alteration on the bench with David Blanchfield also sidelined as Luke Connellan, Owen Wall and Gearoid Dunne all come in to the matchday squad.

Derek Lyng's team will be looking to back up the 12 point success over Galway while Antrim will be aiming for a first win after losing out to Wexford.

Throw-in for Sunday's game is at 2pm and it will not be televised.
