Kilkenny County Council give green light for new housing units
The development is planned for a large town in County Kilkenny
Permission has been granted for the construction of a new housing development in the town of Callan in County Kilkenny.
The original planning application sough for the construction of 19 two-storey semi-detached and terraced housing units on a site at Friary Walk, Clashacollare.
Also sought in the original planning application were boundary treatments, landscaping, and all associated site development works.
Permission was granted, subject to 21 conditions, on August 27, 2024.
