Kilkenny gardaí pull over unsuspecting driver on local road
The incident occurred last weekend
The Roads Policing Unit of Kilkenny gardaí stopped a car in the Thomastown area last weekend, citing expired insurance.
However, despite the car displaying an in-date insurance disc, through a Mobility Device, gardaí were able to ascertain that their insurance was actually expired.
The car was seized and court proceedings will follow.
