Attendees heading to the Halloween Ball at the Kilford Arms Hotel in Kilkenny have been issued with a warning over drop-off arrangements, with Gardaí set to patrol the city on the night.
Organisers have reiterated that all attendees must be dropped off at the car park behind Guineys between 8pm and 9.15pm on Tuesday night.
A one-way system will operate at the drop-off point in a bid to ensure quick access and avoid disruption.
Gardaí will also be on patrol, with organisers warning that anyone dropped off earlier and found hanging around the city centre will be refused entry to the event.
Attendees are being urged to follow the arrangements to ensure a smooth arrival at the Halloween Ball.
