Motorist in Kilkenny 'delighted' to get a charge off gardaí

Garda Kelly and O'Connor had some spare volts to share when they came across a motorist with a flat battery in Kilkenny on Friday evening.

"It was one of the few occasions that a member of the public was delighted to get a charge from gardaí," said a garda spokesperson.

"The Peugeot is roaring again thanks to our grime fighting duo who drove off into the night," they jested.

"It's all about staying positive and not being negative (and definitely not crossing the two)."
