North Kilkenny students 'thrilled' with Leaving Certificate results

Coláiste Mhuire Johnstown students collected their results this morning (Friday)
Students, teachers, and management of Coláiste Mhuire Johnstown are thrilled with this year's Leaving Certificate and Leaving Certificate Applied results.
A significant number of students achieved over 500 points, with the school extending special congratulations to Eva Dunphy, who earned the maximum 625 points and aspires to pursue veterinary medicine.
The North Kilkenny school's Leaving Certificate Applied students also excelled, with many distinctions among the group. The results were met with great joy, as many students gathered at the school to receive their results.
Amid the celebrations, the local school also expressed their sympathies with the Crosbie family, who received their son Luke's results in school.
"Luke, who sadly passed away shortly after completing his exams, achieved results that would have made him proud. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family during this difficult time," School Principal Martin Gleeson said.
