The organisers of Kilkenny Outdoor Music Festival have announced that the event will not be going ahead this weekend.
"It’s with deep regret we announce the cancellation of this year’s Kilkenny Outdoor Music Festival," they stated in an update to followers.
"This is due to circumstances beyond our control. All patrons who have purchased tickets from our authorised sellers will be refunded the printed ticket value. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
"We hope to see you all in the future at the Kilkenny Outdoor Music Festival."
The event was scheduled to take place at Castlecomer GAA Grounds this Saturday (July 6).
The event's cancellation closely follows the cancellation of another planned Kilkenny festival, RanchFest.
