The launch took place in local eatery Cakeface in Kilkenny City.

"Our Kilkenny launch was fantastic, and a great way to kick off the campaign," Stephenson said.

"I have an amazing team and we’re all very excited to get going."

Patricia has spent a decade working in the international development and aid sector.

At the launch she said that 'working with communities across the world, listening to their needs and working with them on solutions, has been the basis of my work'.

During the launch, Patricia spoke about the key issues she wants to campaign on in the upcoming election, specifically housing, health, transport and investment in local communities.
