Permission granted for new bike trail in Kilkenny
Castlecomer Demesne Company Ltd have been granted conditional planning permission for development at at Castlecomer Discovery Park, The Estate Yard, Castlecomer, County Kilkenny.
The development will consist of an 8.5km bike trail at the Castlecomer Discovery Park.
The bike trail will be between 0.8 – 2.2 m wide including surface and boundary treatment, signage and all associated works within Castlecomer Demesne.
The development will be carried out within an overall site area of 26.1 ha.
Permission was granted, subject to nine conditions, on October 2, 2023.
