Permission granted for new coffee kiosk in Kilkenny

Permission has been granted, subject to 13 conditions, for the construction of a single storey takeaway coffee kiosk in Kilkenny City.

Permission also granted for all associated site works including foul and surface water drainage for a period of 10 years at Ormonde Business Park, Middleknock, Kilkenny.
