Pictures: Kilkenny community goes to market to support vital local charity

Crowds attended a community market to raise funds for a hardworking local charity at the Hub, Cillin Hill, Kilkenny on Sunday.

With a total of 76 stalls booked, the community event was a showcase for the wide variety of local traders, craftspeople and small businesses taking part.

There was live music from Yvonne Moriarty, appearances from local hurling and camogie players, cheerleaders, children's characters, a caricature artist and plenty more throughout the day.

The event raised much-needed funds for Kilkenny Helping the Homeless, a local, self-funded registered charity supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness and hardship.
