Plans for former pub to be demolished to make way for housing in Kilkenny
Plans have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council seeking to demolish a derelict building known as Butler's Pub to make way for residential housing on a site at Raheenduff, The Rower, County Kilkenny.
Permission is sought for ten dwellings on the site of varying bedroom capacities, as well as a 'co-working building'.
Also sought is permission for a sewage treatment system and associated civil and landscaping works including alterations to the existing vehicular entrance off the R705.
The application is currently awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.
