Plans lodged for housing development in Kilkenny town

A planning application for a substantial housing development in Gowran has been submitted to Kilkenny County Council.

The applicant seeks to develop 8 four-bedroom semi-detached houses, 12 three-bedroom semi-detached houses and 8 self-serviced sites for single homes.

Plans also seek connections to public utilities, landscaping and entrance construction.

A final planning decision is due by July 20, 2024.
